The room featured a mini fridge and microwave, great for snacks. The bathroom needed significant cleaning, though.

I stayed here and the rooms were not nice st all, carpet was very dirty the towels were like sand paper the desk clerk was very very slow and had to ask me what the charge was

I didn't like anything about this hotel I would never stay here again

No WiFi Rooms not clean-first room was not completed so should not have had guests assigned there. Open electrical outlets, no light fixture of flourescent bulbs, blood on door. Pillows that were delivered had no pillowcase and had blood stains.Floors were nice wood but covered in mud. When we talked with the staff they just kept saying "I'm not responsible, I can't do anything about it. I've worked here 19 years but I only answer the phones". One stated that she couldn't communicate with the Hispanic workers so she didn't know what they did or if things were clean. No phone in the first room so if there had been an emergency couldn't have called local 911. Staff stated "everyone has a cell phone, just use that to call the front desk or 911". Horrible experience.

The staff was attentive. I appreciated the nearby restaurants that were within walking distance.

The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably large, brand-new. Extra touches like climate control and TV were a treat, staff were really helpful and outstandingly accommodating.

We have stayed here for 1 night and had an extra special experience. The staff was very, very nice and affable and check in was easy. We loved big room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and climate control. Location: the hotel was right by park, a restaurant and convenience stores.

The room was comfy for my family, and my son loved the cable programming available for entertainment. We also enjoyed the convenience of nearby fast food places, made mealtime super easy for us.

In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options could use a serious upgrade.

Family friendly with room for improvement

We needed a place during a move, and this place really accommodated us with a pet-friendly room which is a HUGE plus for a hectic time like this. It had a decent space, we were just exhausted from dealing with house stuff and loading a U-Haul.

It wasn't exactly a bargain,, but given the circumstances, it sufficed.

The lack of basic amenities like a coffee pot was disappointing, and communication regarding refunds was ineffective, as I was promised a reimbursement after leaving but never received it. The lobby was closed, limiting access to essential services.
